The download contains an .rtb-file, which is Miro’s backup format.
Importing the Retromat Miroboard Mega Template
To import the board, go to the Miro dashboard and click “+ Create new”. Then choose “Import > Import backup”.
It’s a huge board, so loading is not instant. When I tested, loading took about a minute.
This only works on paid Miro plans! If you are on the free plan you will have to upgrade to “Starter” for a month to be able to import.

The board contains its own instructions in a row of red sticky notes along the top:
