It wasn\u2019t until the workshop with solution-focused coaches Veronika Jungwirth and Ralph Miarka<\/a> that I learned a new word: Multipartiality (\u201cAllparteilichkeit<\/a>\u201c).<\/p>\n\n\n\n It means to be able to understand and empathize with each party as needed, to help them phrase and explain their needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You expect neutrality from a judge.
