They form, clash, perform well, quarrel, perform, and so on. Here are some suggestions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/retromat.org\/en\/?id=120\">My&nbsp;team&nbsp;is&nbsp;awesome<\/a>\u201d would be a great opener.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/retromat.org\/en\/?id=65\">Appreciative Inquiry<\/a>\u201d would also work well, if the questions were tweaked a little to serve the purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019ve got a budget to take the team out to eat, \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/retromat.org\/en\/?id=27\">Retrospective Cookies<\/a>\u201d are an excellent option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I guess it depends a little on whether you\u2019d rather the team takes \naway a farewell lesson that they can carry over to the next team or \nyou\u2019d rather let them bask in their team spirit and appreciate each \nother.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What activities do you recommend for&nbsp;an&nbsp;Adjourning&nbsp;retro?<\/p>\n\n\n<h3><strong>PS: Did you know there's a Retromat eBook Bundle?
