{"id":1307,"date":"2025-11-30T11:51:42","date_gmt":"2025-11-30T10:51:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/retromat.org\/blog\/?p=1307"},"modified":"2025-12-03T14:43:40","modified_gmt":"2025-12-03T13:43:40","slug":"recent-problems-with-ai-crawlers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/retromat.org\/blog\/recent-problems-with-ai-crawlers\/","title":{"rendered":"Recent problems with AI-Crawlers"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>These last couple of months, Retromat might have been down when you tried to access it (bad!) or you might have gotten the &#8220;we&#8217;re verifying that you&#8217;re human&#8221;-screener (less bad). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;ve had trouble with millions and millions of requests by AI-crawlers, effectively DDoSing our servers, making Retromat unavalaible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>*sigh*<\/em> This is why we can&#8217;t have nice things&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyway, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/agile.coach\/de\/team\/timon-fiddike\/\" target=\"_blank\">Timon Fiddike<\/a> has spend a lot of time and energy \u2013 analysing, configuring Cloudflare, troubleshooting \u2013 and currently, everything seems to be running stable again. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fingers crossed and to Timon a resounding THANK YOU!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>PS: Did you know there's a Retromat eBook Bundle?
