Hey Retromat Forum,

I'd have a question:

Should Retro participants know beforehand what they have to expect? Maybe even so they can prepare a little?

I'm quite unsure about that, as some people want to know quite a lot beforehand, other don't care at all but are able to participate and then there are some who don't care but are also nearly unable to really participate because they always seem to have too little prep beforehand.

 

Appreciate any help/guidance on that topic.
