I‘m Reiner and a very frequent user of Retromat since years. I already facilitated over 300 retrospectives.

For me, retrospectives are the almost most important element in our faster and faster changing world. Planning and facilitating good retros is a big driver for continuous improvement. That was the reason why a five years ago, I created a retrospective facilitator program for my company‘s agile coaches and facilitators. I wanted to share my experience and let others learn from eachother More than 80 attended the one-day basics training and around 25 took all four halfday extensions. Retrospectives are too important to leave them to amateurs…

And of course, I invented several own retro exercises  - often inspired by Corinna‘s collection. Not to forget how retrospectives improved my drawing/visualisation skills.
